You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of downloaded assets complies with applicable copyright law and the terms of the source website.
Scanzo, its interface, code, and branding are owned by Scanzo. The extension is provided as a tool; Scanzo does not claim ownership of any assets detected on third-party websites.
Pro features are available via a paid license. The license is personal and non-transferable. Refunds are handled through our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy) in accordance with their refund policy. We reserve the right to revoke a license for abuse of the service.
Scanzo is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the extension will work on every website, that detected asset counts will be complete, or that the service will be uninterrupted. Use at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scanzo and its author shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the extension or website.
We may update these terms. Continued use of Scanzo after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
